US: Jakks to launch Power Rangers Megaforce Halloween costumes this autumn Licensing.biz Jakks and Saban have worked closely with one another on Power Rangers products for over 20 years. Jakks Pacific has renewed its licensing agreement with Saban Brands to produce Power Rangers Halloween costumes and accessories through to 2017.
