Griswold plans spooky event for Halloween Norwich Bulletin Trunk-or-Treat, planned for Oct. 26, is an opportunity for members of the community to park their vehicles in a designated area and decorate them for Halloween. Local children will then be invited, with their parents, to go trunk to trunk collecting candy. |
