Driver convicted of killing three teens in Halloween hit-and-run OCRegister Jaquinn Ramone Bell, 32, pleaded guilty to felony counts of vehicular manslaughter, hit and run and driving on a suspended sentence in the deaths of three girls on Halloween night, according to an Orange County District Attorney's office statement.
