Spirit Halloween stores are returning Roanoke Times (blog) The seasonal pop-up store Spirit Halloween is already about to make an appearance in Roanoke. Signs up in a storefront in Hunting Hills Shopping Plaza (where Rack Room used to be) show one of the Halloween-themed stores is opening next month.
