Pre-Carnaval Party Mission Local This year, Carnaval will be celebrating its 36 anniversary with the World Cup as its central theme. The festival and parade will happen on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th. However, Carnaval has a lot more events going on before the big celebration. |
