Buchanan moves trick-treat times to 'Halloween is Halloween' South Bend Tribune The commissioners unanimously voted to move trick-or-treat to Halloween, believing that having it on the Saturday before Halloween draws too many people who come to Buchanan then participate in trick-or-treat in their hometowns on Halloween.
